Abhishek Bachchan is one individual who has always entertained fans on-screen with his inspiring performances but one must note that as much as Abhishek loves acting, he’s also an ardent admirer of sports, specially Kabaddi. His team ‘Jaipur Pink Panthers’ became the first Kabaddi team from India to be the subject of Amazon Prime Video’s first ever sports docu-series in India. When asked about how it feels that his team has earned it and what it does to the sport of hockey, Abhishek said and we quote,
“I can’t express my happiness in words. It’s a historical moment for me. I am extremely thankful to the team of Amazon Prime Video and everyone that they chose me and my team’s journey for India’s first sports docu-series. It’s been a tremendous journey so far and what it also does is it makes other sports like Kabaddi get the attention and love that it deserves. I am delighted with this initiative.”
