Athiya Shetty who’s been spotted on several runways looks all grand in her spectacular avatars, and intimidating persona. That’s that, the actress has now opened up about her love for Sushmita Sen and how she has always looked up to her as an inspiration. Sen was the first Indian to bag the crown of Miss Universe and made her acting debut in 1996.
Talking to ETimes, the actress said, “While growing up I used to look up to and mimic Sushmita Sen. I think she has the most poised and confident walk.”
The actress was last seen in the movie Motichoor Chaknachoor back in 2019. Where she starred alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The actress has also said that she is set to be part of two more projects and would make the announcements soon.
For the unversed, the actress is currently speculated to be in a relationship with the popular Indian cricketer KL Rahul. The two have been rumoured to be in a relationship for the longest time. However, things were assumed to be official, when the duo attended her brother Ahan Shetty’s film Tadap together.
