Rewati Limaye is excited about her new release, the Arjun Kapoor starrer film Kuttey. The actress who started her career in the Marathi industry with films “Dil Dimag Aur Batti”, “Sarsenapati Hambirrao”, and “Nidraay”, along with a few web series finds inspiration in Madhuri Dixit for her passion for acting.
Says Rewati, “I am a very big fan of Madhuri Dixit. Dancing is my passion and I would dance to all of her songs and would copy every step of hers. She has such a strong voice, she’s witty, beautiful, brave, a businesswoman and she’s a star.”
Talking about her experience in the Marathi as well as Bollywood film circuit, Rewati explains, “Bollywood films have a lot of time and more resources as compared to Marathi films. But I always enjoy spending time on the set, whether it be Bollywood or Marathi.”
After Kuttey, Rewati will look for similar good content. “I am in the phase where I can’t be choosy about what I want to do. But I would like to showcase my talent, get good exposure, and show people what I can do.”
“I think I am focusing on learning and doing as much work as I get. But if I would get a choice to choose a genre I would choose romantic because I am a very big romantic person at heart. I would love to do a typical Bollywood romantic movie.”
