Chris Evans, the hero of Captain America: The Winter Soldier and the upcoming Avengers: Endgame, lives in a beautiful home with sweeping views of Los Angeles. The nearly 4,600-square-foot residence is walled and gated, with 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, a pool, and a Jacuzzi. The bachelor from Boston lives in the house with his devoted dog Dodger.
Chris Evans lives in Laurel Canyon, California, in a $3.5 million home that he just refurbished. When he’s not at work, the Avengers actor relaxes in his limestone and Calcutta marble master bathroom, which includes a steam shower and free-standing tub.
Chris Evans shared the residence with his ex-girlfriend, actress Jenny Slate. “She’s my favourite human,” Evans told People after they broke up in 2017. “She’s the best,” says the narrator.
Jenny Slate told New York magazine after their initial breakup, “To be very honest, I didn’t think I was his type.” The duo met on the set of their film, Gifted. “We’re an odd match.”
The Boston-born actor and Slate went on to have a second romance until finally giving up in March 2018.
“What’s the same about us is not just that we’re from Massachusetts, which was such a delight, but Chris is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, to the point where sometimes I would look at him and it would kind of break my heart. He’s really vulnerable, and he’s really straightforward,” Slate explained. “He’s like primary colors. He has beautiful, big, strong emotions, and he’s really sure of them. It’s just wonderful to be around. His heart is probably golden-colored if you could paint it.”
“I’m the one who fears getting surrounded,” Evans told The Hollywood Reporter when asked how he performs in partnerships. “My entire life has been spent as a self-sufficient individual. One of my favourite things to do is go camping by myself. I prefer to be with someone who has their own interests and activities, you know? It might seem claustrophobic when I’m with someone who simply kind of adopts my life.”
Prior to dating Slate, the Avengers: Endgame star was linked to Kate Bosworth, Jessica Biel, and Minka Kelly.
Chris’ biggest love, though, is his dog, Dodger, whose images he frequently posts on Twitter.
