After years of rumors about her views on having kids and claims that she “chose a career over babies,” Jennifer Aniston has now spoken up about her struggles with infertility.

The Friends actress, who is now 53 years old, said to Allure magazine that “all the years and years and years of speculation… It was really painful.” “Chinese teas, IVF, you name it, I was doing everything. I was giving it everything I had.”

Aniston continued: “If someone had told me to “freeze your eggs,” I would have donated anything. Make a favor to yourself. You simply don’t consider it. I am now where I am. The ship has left port.”

“I have no regrets,” the actor said in reference to the ship having “sailed.”

Aniston stated, “I honestly feel a little relief now. “There is no longer a “Can I? Maybe. Maybe. Maybe. I don’t have to consider that anymore.”

Aniston talked about how challenging becoming a mother has been and expressed her desire to write a book about the experience someday, much like her co-star Matthew Perry, who just published a memoir about his struggle with addiction.

She said, “I’m going to do that one day.” “I’ll stop telling people I can’t write. I’ve defended my IVF narrative for a very long time.”

The world fabricates false tales, so I might as well share the truth, said Aniston.

Aniston has been the subject of persistent pregnancy rumors since she rose to stardom as Rachel Green on the popular sitcom Friends in the 1990s, much like a long line of female celebrities, including Meghan Markle, Hailey Bieber, and more lately, Olivia Attwood.
