Kangana Ranaut is one of the most admired and talented actresses in the Hindi entertainment industry. The diva has done some phenomenal work in the past in order to be a hot favourite of the masses and needless to say, fans love her. By now, all her fans and admirers are aware of the fact that her ‘outspoken’ nature often attracts trouble for her.
While we have earlier seen many legal cases against the actress so far, other actors within the fraternity too have not stopped themselves from bashing her. Recently, she went ahead to say something controversial in the ‘azaadi’ angle which didn’t go down well with Shaktiman actor, Mukesh Khanna.
As per reports in The Indian Express, he was quoted saying about Kangana without mentioning her name directly saying,
“Many people have been asking me why I haven’t commented on the statement made about India’s independence recently. But let me tell you, I have. Maybe it wasn’t seen or heard. So, I thought I’d publicly issue another statement. In my opinion, this statement was childish, it was funny. It also reeked of sycophancy. Was it an attempt to show one’s lack of education, or was it a side Padma award, I don’t know. But we do know that our nation became independent on 15th August 1947. Trying to change this fact would be nothing short of stupidity.”
