The British actor Keira Knightley answers some of the beauty-related questions
What is your opinion of makeup?
When I’m working, I have to wear a lot of it; but, when I’m not working, I don’t. With the use of makeup, I enjoy taking on different personas, manipulating my facial features, and becoming someone else, but I also really enjoy days when I don’t have to wear any at all.
What skin-care regimen do you follow?
I’m very carefree; I don’t get facials or anything of the sort. I periodically combine some rosehip oil with moisturiser when I use it. Nothing else than that.
What benefit does it bring to be a Chanel ambassador?
seeing how the house’s many components interact. I enjoy going into the lab and smelling all the various raw materials. Being able to look behind the scenes makes me feel fortunate.
