Posting on Instagram, he shared a few cherished moments from their time together, captioning the photos with “My craziee birthday baby,” followed by affectionate emojis.
Athiya and Rahul celebrated their wedding earlier this year in January 2023. The couple’s wedding was an intimate affair held at Suniel Shetty’s Khandala farmhouse, decorated with flowers and lights for the occasion. Their celebrations began with a cocktail party on January 23, and they exchanged vows on January 24 in a private ceremony attended by close family and friends.
Notably, Athiya shares her birthday with Indian cricket star Virat Kohli, who also celebrated his birthday on November 5, turning 36 this year. It was only a while ago, when actor and Kohli’s wife, Anushka Sharma went on to share her birthday wishes for Virat in the most subtle way while also being adorable. In fact, apart from KL Rahul posting about Athiya and wishing her, he also posted an image of himself with Virat Kohli on his Instagram story and wished him too.
In terms of their professional lives, KL Rahul will be entering the IPL 2025 mega auction after not being retained by his team, the Lucknow Super Giants. Meanwhile, Athiya has been away from acting projects for some time but maintains an active presence on social media and collaborates frequently with brands.
