Alaya F, the B-town diva has been working hard to make a name for herself in the film industry. Much like other stars, this diva is also quite health-conscious. This actress doesn’t have any extreme diets or workout regimes but she does lead a disciplined life to a certain extent. She revealed that she is not one of those who can eat whatever they want and get away with it. She also has PCOD which only ensures that she can’t eat whatever she wants.
In an interaction with Time of India, Alaya F announced that she turned vegetarian over a year and a half ago and has been strictly avoiding eating meat. While the actress says that she isn’t too fussy when it comes to food, she is trying something new and seems to have a sunny disposition about being a vegetarian.
The actress starts her day with 30 minutes of peace. Her only constant in the day is her morning ritual of a cup of coffee and 30 minutes to herself. Her diet however is ever-changing. Her timings aren’t set in stone. Her diet totally depends on her fitness goals or the activities she does during the day.
Her diet depends on the activities she indulges in that day. If she is active and has a rigorous workout she makes sure that she doesn’t limit her carb intake. The actress mentions, ‘It’s important to have carbs too. Keep your energy up…’ But if the actress needs to get into shape in a short amount of time she does cut back on her carbs.
The actress generally has oats or fruits for breakfast. The rest of her meals involve veggies and roti or something similar. She has a few healthy snacks that she enjoys throughout the day as she is quite fond of snacks. After a good workout, her go-to post-workout meals involve some proteins and carbs-rich food.
The actress also gives herself a cheat day when she feels her body needs it! The actress tries to listen to her body as much as she can. Her main theory when it comes to food and fitness is, ‘Listen to your body.’ And it has worked for her.
