Wamiqa Gabbi, the name seems unknown right? But that’s not the case. This talented actress has worked in so many movies that once we start naming the movies, you’ll quickly recollect who this diva is! For those who’re unaware of the starlet, Wamiqa Gabbi is a versatile Indian actress who is known for her diverse work projects. The actress made her debut in the year 2007 with the classic Hindi movie, ‘Jab We Met’ starring Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan in 2007. Since her debut the actress has been climbing up the ladder of success. The actress was then seen in yet another romantic drama movie, ‘Love Aaj Kal’ in 2009.
Her work was appreciated by all and soon she bagged other roles in the Hindi Cinema Industry including movies like ‘Mausam’ (2011), ‘Bitto Boss’ (2012) and Sixteen (2013). Wamiqa then went on to spread her charm in the Punjabi Film industry. The actress was seen in a Punjabi film which was also her debut film titled, ‘Tu mera 22 Main tera 22’ which included Yo Yo Honey Singh and Amrinder Gill. The actress has also appeared in other Punjabi movies like ‘Ishq Brandy’ (2014) and ‘Ishq Haazir Hai’ opposite singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh. Apart from the Punjabi and Hindi film industry Wamiqa has also worked in the South Indian film industry starring in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languag films. The actress has also won ‘The Flowers Indian Film Awards’ for ‘Best Debut Actress’ for her role in ‘Godha’ as, ‘Adithi Singh’ in the year 2018.
