Citizens all over the world were overjoyed when their favorite Mammooka finally launched an Instagram account; since its inception, the celebrity has kept his followers engaged with his images, day-to-day activities, and even gym regimen.
Given Mammootty’s notoriety and prominence as an actor, the artists’ three million Instagram followers came as no surprise. Fans were quick to discover something peculiar about the actor’s account, however: he only followed two people back! If the first name that sprang to mind was Mohanlal, then the answer is no; Lalettan did not make the cut.
Mammootty’s son, pan-Indian star Dulquer Salman, is the first person he follows. Although the actor does not share many photos or tales with or about his kid, he takes care to follow him on Instagram. Mammootty has a tremendous fan base of three million individuals on Instagram, yet the megastar only follows two people back.
The following individual, however, surprised everyone; the second person after Mammootty is Malayalam musician Jinu Ben. Jinu Ben is most remembered for his performance as ‘Kullan’ in the anthology 5 Sundarikal’s Kullante Bharya. He is a dubbing artist, former Radio Mango DJ, Digital Head, and Sound Engineer.
He was also the Assistant Director of Surya TV’s Rasiga Raja No 1. Dulquer Salmaan, the actor’s son, also appeared in the film Kullante Bharya, and this is the only possible relation between Mammootty and Jinu Ben.
Mammootty is now promoting his highly awaited drama Bheeshma Parvam, and the actor, who recently marked his 50th year in the industry, shows no signs of slowing down, considering the many projects he has planned for the year.
