In 2017 Varun Dhawan got featured in the remake of Judwa; Judwa 2 which escalated monstrously at the box office with the sum of 200 crores according to a report by Financial Express. Since then, Varun Dhawan made a fee hike.
As per media reports, Varun Dhawan was charging between 12 to 15 crores for each film earlier. After the grand success of Judwa 2, Dhawan increased his charges to 25 crores per film, as stated in media reports.
