R Madhavan is set to attend the Cannes for his upcoming film Rocketry- The Nambi Effect. The film shall be premiered globally this year to celebrate India as the official country of honour at the Cannes Market this year. The film has been shot in several languages so far, including Hindi, Tamil, and English.
