Nora Fatehi, the Bollywood dance sensation, and actor has been the talk of the town, especially on social media. Nora has opened up about her tough journey in Bollywood a couple of times. It has been a lengthy and hard five years since she began her journey. Yet it has also been exciting and she is happy about where she has reached right now. She wants to keep climbing the ladder to stardom.

Nora has agreed that she tried really hard to get noticed by the Indian audience. However, her small roles in her initial movies were just not enough. She started gaining attention from her dance numbers though. And she is grateful. The actress, even though doesn’t have any dance training, took this chance to show off her acting skills. According to an India Today report, she mentions that working with Salman Khan was a big deal and it helped her reach for her dreams.

She recently sat for an interview with a Dubai-based YouTube chat-show host, Anas Bukhash. She was asked how she would describe herself to which she replied that she didn’t want to use the labels of artist, performer, or actress! Instead, she said that those labels were just a plus. She describes herself with the words ‘crazy, hyper, hungry, and ambitious.’ She also said that she scares herself sometimes with how ambitious she is.

She came to India with her dream of pursuing a career in acting. She was pretty amped about coming here. However, once she came here from Canada, she faced quite a cultural shock. Nora mentioned in the interview with Anas Bukhash that it was “the biggest shock of her life”. She struggled with the languages and the culture. The actress wanted to learn and get accepted; however, she couldn’t find the right opportunities at the right time.
