OMG! 3 Times When Tom Cruise Could Have Lost His Life While Shooting

Know some unknown facts about Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise aka our very own Mission Impossible star is one of the best and highly-rated action heroes of Hollywood. For more than a decade, Cruise has been surprising us all with his flexibility and whenever he’s a part of his high-octane action sequence, he’s always known to put his best foot forward and motivate one and all. While the stunts and dangerous action sequences quite often look very easy, in reality they aren’t and can even cost someone his or her life if precautions aren’t taken.

In case of Tom, not once or twice, he faced this threat for about five times. Wondering which occasions are we talking about? Today, we spill the beans.

The Last Samurai – In this movie, Tom had to duel with co-actor Hiroyuki Sanada while being mounted on big mechanical horses. In one of the takes, one of the horses was supposed to stop right before Sanada swiped a real-life samurai sword at Cruise. However, the horse didn’t stop and the cast and crew feared that Tom was going to get his head cut off. Luckily, he was safe.

Edge Of Tomorrow – This one too proved to be quite dangerous for Tom in 2014. In one of the scenes, one of the lead actresses was driving in a car chase scene. Apparently, the car had a trailer attached at the back of it and she ended up driving the car into a tree. Luckily, Tom who was inside the car got saved and nothing happened.

Oblivion – During the 2013 sci-fi action film Oblivion, Tom like always insisted on doing his own stunts and rode a motorcycle at high speeds through a rocky mountain plain. However soon, he lost control of the custom-made bike while going down a slope and fell off it. Fortunately, he escaped without any serious injury
