Although Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been separated for years, they have remained very much a part of one other’s lives as the legal battle over their divorce continues. In recent months, the proceedings have centred on the custody of the couple’s youngest children. The judge has agreed to a joint custody agreement, which appears to be settled, at least for the time being. This simply means that the case can now go on to other matters, such as dividing the joint property.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have shared custody of their children, and he’s overjoyed, because, obviously, he is happy to have his children! Angelina Jolie, on the other hand, has claimed to be “bitterly devastated” by Brad’s decision, and a source tells US Weekly that she will “never forgive” him. Angelina Jolie firmly believes “it’s far from over and still believes that justice will prevail”. Apart from that, a separate source told Entertainment Tonight previously that “Brad’s only wish was for joint custody of his children, and he is happy that the court agreed with him. Given the previous agreement with the children, this is a significant issue. Brad is looking forward to spending more time with them as he continues to fight for their custody. He seemed to be ecstatic.”
Brad and Angelina have 6 six children together and ever since they got separated, they have been debating over who should look after them. They were together since they got married in 2012 but in September 2016, Angelina filed for divorce stating that they had “irreconcilable differences”.
