Jennifer Lawrence’s re-entry into the spotlight has proven to be stylish. The actress from Don’t Look Up made an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert wearing an Oscar de la Renta long-sleeved bodycon dress with white polka dots. Kate Young, a celebrity stylist, also styled the pregnant actress in black Jimmy Choo shoes and pearl drop earrings.
Lawrence, who is expecting her first child with husband Cooke Maroney and took a three-year break from Hollywood, talked out about life away from the spotlight during her chat with Colbert.
Dior Ensemble
Lawrence sat front row at the Dior Fall 2021 Haute Couture catwalk show to mark her return to the fashion world. Maria Grazia Chuiri’s collection featured rich tweed jackets, her typical nymph-like gowns, and a restrained color palette, providing stars like Lawrence with a variety of warm clothing for the award show press circuit as well gowns for the award ceremonies. Lawrence wore a polka-dotted midi-length tea dress with black contrast buttons, a Christian Dior logo belt buckle, slingback suede shoes, and octagonal sunglasses for a hint of midday edge to commemorate her comeback.
