Kangana Ranaut’s Panga trailer has just dropped a few days back and it has already created a rage. Kangana looks fascinating and all hunky-dory to come back with a bang in another cracker of a performance. The trailer of Panga has got an amazing response and it has garnered over 44 million views in a day, turning it into the most viewed trailer of 2019. Regarding the reception, Kangana was quoted as saying, –
“For me, it’s very welcoming to see that a film on a mother, which is about a mother being given a second chance, is getting such an extraordinary response from the audiences. I think it’s high time we encourage, support, co-operate and give respect to working mothers…..the respect that they deserve.”
Director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari adds, “It’s heartwarming to see so much love showered for Panga. It also makes me believe that stories that are truly told from the heart resonate with an audience who is willing to accept us no matter who we are and where we come from. This is the new changing unapologetic India.”
Panga is produced by Fox Star Studios and the film also features Neena Gupta and Richa Chadda in pivotal roles. The film is slated for a 24th January release.
