Parno Mittra is an established actress who appears in Bengali films. But it did not come easy to the actress. It took a lot of hard work and effort for Parno Mittra to reach where she is today! She started her career as a small TV artist. Her debut Bengali TV show was ‘Khela’ (2007). She was later seen in other TV serials as well which includes ‘Mohona’ and ‘Bou Kotha Kao’. The actress got a lot of appreciation for her performance in the Tv show ‘Mohana’ and also bagged The Best Actress award for the same.
She then entered the Bengali film industry with her first movie ‘Ranjana Ami Ar Ashbona’ in 2011 which was directed by Anjan Dutt. Since then, Parno has been proving herself and her talents with each movie released. She has also appeared in other Bengali films like Ekla Akaash (2012), Maach Misti and More (2013), X: Past is Present (2015), The Bongs Again (2017), and many more. She has entertained the audience by playing diverse roles throughout her career. She has also acted in a Bangladesh- India co-production film in a supporting role. The cast of the movie includes a very talented late actor, Irrfan Khan, Nusrat Imrose Tisha who is a Bangladeshi actress. The movie is named ‘No Bed of roses’ and ‘Doob’ is the title for the Bengali version of the movie. From starting her career as a TV artist to being cast alongside the late actor Irrfan Khan, we must say, Parno’s hard work has really paid off! What do you think?
