After all this, Arjun is back once again with a sweet adorable movie in the form of Sardar Ka Grandson. The movie talks about how a young man puts his best foot forward to complete his ailing grandmother’s final desire. It’s an emotional tale and requires one to be feeling every bit of the pain. During an exclusive interaction with IWMBuzz, when Arjun was asked as to whether he drew references from his real-life memories with his family for his, he said and we quote,
“Well, to an extent, yes I did. It was more about feeling the emotions and going forward with them. However, it can’t be the same always. As different people react differently to situations, it’s important to also draw that line between what my character Amreek feels and what I feel in real life. I was extremely close to my grandmother and had a lovely time with her throughout. Those memories are priceless. So, I would say that some of my personal family experiences did help me during Sardar Ka Grandson.”
