Priyanka Chopra, who arrived in Mumbai to attend the Jio MAMI Film Festival 2023 on Friday, left everyone in awe of her charm and elegance with her recent appearances. Dressed in a stunning white Sabyasachi saree adorned with blue motifs, along with a V-neck matching blouse, Priyanka exuded confidence and grace.
Priyanka added a touch of glamour with a white and blue diamond neckpiece and a bold red lipstick, showcasing her ability to effortlessly blend tradition with modernity. One of the standout moments of the festival was Priyanka’s master class, which she conducted alongside Bhumi Pednekar. Another video showed the two actors talking to each other at the festival. Bhumi chose a white a bandhgala kurta paired with pants and matching heels for the day.
The festival’s opening ceremony, held at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, was a star-studded affair. Prominent figures from the Indian film industry, such as Sonam Kapoor, Karan Johar, Kamal Haasan, Rajkummar Rao, Sunny Leone, and Tara Sutaria, graced the occasion. Priyanka’s presence as the festival’s Chairperson added an extra layer of prestige to the event. At the opening ceremony, Priyanka wore a glittering gown by Lebanese couturier Tony Ward. She chose a twilight-embroidered white and gold tulle dress, paired with a pure white taffeta cape.
Despite her global success and stardom, Priyanka continues to maintain strong ties with her home country. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband, singer and actor Nick Jonas, and their daughter Malti.
