Robert Downey Jr. who played the fictional character, Iron Man, for so many years is a real-life superhero in his own way. His amazing acting skills and performance made us believe that a superhero exists. The fact that Robert Downey Jr. is over fifty years old and still looks young enough to play a superhero role is proof in itself that the actor lives an active lifestyle and follows a workout to make him look fit and young.

According to Men’s Fitness, Robert increased his calorie intake to help him bulk up. Robert trains like a beast in the gym but knows his limits. He makes sure he gives his best but not overdo it to the extent that his body won’t be able to take it.

Robert swears by Yoga so much that he dedicates a day or two from his workout routine for Yoga and meditation. He works out for three to five days per week and focuses on a full boy, upper body, and lower body on each respective day.
