Shobana smiles as she taps her foot to the popular song. She also donned an all-black ensemble with a patterned scarf around her neck. During the spontaneous dance, she nearly uttered the song’s iconic chorus. Upasana shared the video on Twitter and wrote, “Very proud mother-in-law – #NatuNatu in Davos Love mom @shobanakamineni.”
According to the Hindustan Times, Ram Charan’s mother-in-law told Moneycontrol about the success of RRR, “It’s been just amazing, the outpouring. We thought the movie was fantastic, but the fact that it’s receiving international acclaim, all of a sudden, you’re giving so many Indians hope. I mean if you can win this, and a Telugu song can do it, any Indian can do anything.”
SS Rajamouli‘s RRR continues to make history throughout the world. Naatu Naatu, starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR, just received the Best Original Song award at the 80th Golden Globe Awards. It was written by MM Keeravaani and performed by Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava. Prem Rakshith choreographed the now-famous dance.
