Salman Khan’s Fitness Secret: Click Here To Know

Take a glance at some of Salman Khan’s fitness secrets here

Salman Khan is one of Bollywood’s fittest actors and has helped many reach their fitness goals. He has inspired even more people to strive for a healthier lifestyle. Here is a sneak peek into some of the fitness secrets that have kept him fit even today. His fitness and physique are a result of a strict diet and rough workout regimens.

The hunky star enjoys protein-filled meals which help him maintain his muscle mass! Even though, just like us, he enjoys some taste-bud tantalizing cuisines he still keeps up with his diet! He balances his meals to fit with his workout regimes. According to media reports, he keeps his energy by refueling with the right food every 3 to 4 hours. His breakfasts contain 4 egg whites and low-fat milk. For lunch, he eats salads, grilled veggies, and chapatis. And when those pesky hunger pangs hit him, he opts for protein bars or some nuts. He ends his day with some soup, or chicken, grilled fish, and two egg whites. He also has post-workout meals or rather snacks like oats, almonds, or a protein bar.

The actor has quite the rigorous workout regime where he follows a strict regime for 2 to 3 hours a day. He does a blend of weight training and cardio 3 days a week. He goes about his workout focusing on a few areas of the body at a time. He starts his workout with a warm-up (as you should!) with jumping jacks, squats, and pushups. Now for the challenging part (the actual numbers), he does around 2000 sit-ups, 1000 push-ups, and 500 push-ups at a time. He also does deadlifts for his back and legs and bench press for his chest and biceps. His cardio includes running, crunches, and side planks (you can find other variations as well!). You can spice up your cardio sessions with outdoor activities like cycling or jogging or any other activity that has you moving.

Well, these sneak-peeks are the only way we can help! Only hard work and determination will get you to reach your fitness goals! Do not overdo it and strain yourself out, take it one step at a time. And respect your body by making the right choice. (While working out and eating!) Good luck!
