This actress is a yoga enthusiast. She has shared a bunch of posts where she is practicing yoga with a quirky or funny caption. Back in July, she had shared a photo of herself in an acro-yoga pose with the caption, “Congratulations you and I made it to July”.

2)Rakul Preet Singh:
The actress once shared a sneak peek into her workout routine on her Instagram feed. She captioned the post with some inspirational words. The caption read, “Throwback: when the world wasn’t upside down but I was!! My yoga journey began in 2018 and since then it’s pure joy to do my practice every day. Life is all about balance. You don’t always need to be getting things done. Sometimes it’s absolutely ok to shut down, kick back and do nothing.”

3) Hansika Motwani:
This Tamil beauty went through quite a physical transformation! She shed a lot of weight during her fitness journey and is quite an inspiration to many! She once shared a photo where she is practicing a yoga pose on a beach.

4) Raashi Khanna:
This actress had posted a pic of herself in a yoga position. She captions the pictures with “Halasana.. Getting better each day. Hope you guys are working out in whatever little way possible at home! There’s so much stuff available even online to help you with it.. Let’s not be lazy!”

5) Shruti Haasan:
Shruti Haasan also recently shared a tiny glimpse of her workout sessions. She posted a photo of herself bare-faced and sweaty after a workout. In the caption, the actress revealed that just like many others she took it a little easier during the lockdown. She said that “what counts is getting back on the routine and not punishing yourself mentally but pushing yourself further and rewarding yourself with a new mindset”. She told her fans she was obsessed with fight training and often mixed it up with “good old-fashioned cardio and most secretly I dance to 90s music for HOURS”.
