Sanya Malhotra has always expressed the urge to play the role of Amrita Pritam, a famous Indian poet. And when she appeared at the red carpet event of FilmFare OTT, she was asked again if she is looking for the opportunity to play the role in the reel.
She said, “I think it will be an honour to play Amrita onscreen. I have not been offered any such role but, I am hoping to manifest it.” as quoted by Filmi Beat.
