‘Box Office’ and ‘Stardom’ are two words which go hand-in-hand and synonymous to each other. The bigger the stardom, the more he or she has the ability to pull crowds in the theatres to ensure nice commercial collections. Although the scenario might have changed a little now with scripts getting a lot of importance like never before, there’s no denial to the fact that for the longest time, the Hindi film industry box office has been dominated by three bigwigs of Bollywood namely Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar.
Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Akshay Kumar, all three of them have established their niche in the movie industry perfectly as the talented trio have been a part of the industry for more than 25 years collectively. While Shah Rukh Khan’s romantic avatar is enough to pull people to the theatres with the hope that they can use those skills for their partner, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar’s movies mean commercial business like nobody else and movies like Sultan, Baby, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Tiger Zinda Hai, Jolly LLB 2, Padman, and Mission Mangal are the two endorsements of the fact.
