Deepika Padukone, who was at home throughout the lockdown, shared throwback photographs from her youth. Deepika shared an awesome throwback shot from 2000, in which Aamir Khan sat down for lunch with her family. Deepika and Aamir haven’t worked together in a film yet, but their fans would want to see them in one. Deepika, on the other hand, travelled down memory lane this weekend, recalling a time when Aamir accompanied the Padukone household for lunch.
Deepika uploaded a photo of herself and Aamir on Instagram, in which the Chhapaak star is seen seated next to Mr Perfectionist. Deepika Padukone is seen sitting with her father Prakash Padukone, mother Ujjala Padukone, sister Anisha Padukone, and others in casual wear. Aamir is seen wearing a white shirt with black trousers and looked incredibly stunning without any makeup. Deepika’s younger sister may be seen sitting in her mother’s lap, posing for a shot.
Along with the photo, Deepika wrote, “Major throwback to 1st January 2000. I was 13 & awkward. I still am. He was having lunch. Curd Rice to be precise. I was hungry like I always am. But he didn’t offer and I didn’t ask… #random #anecdote@_aamirkhan.”
Fans began commenting on the shot as soon as Deepika posted it on Instagram, and they were ecstatic to see the two stars in the same frame.
On the work front, she will now appear with Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi in Shakun Batra’s film. Karan Johar produced the film, which is titled Gehraiyaan. On February 11, 2022, it will be released. Aside from that, Deepika is working on a remake of the Hollywood movie The Intern.
