NECESSARY INGREDIENTS
2 tsp roasted sesame oil, 1 cup leafy greens, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp desi ghee, and salt to taste.
Steps to prepare Desi Ghee Omelette by Rashmika Mandanna
STEP 1
Wash the leafy greens and strain excess water.
STEP 2
Heat a pan, add sesame oil and allow it to smoke.
STEP 3
Add greens and cook for 50 seconds.
STEP 4
Add mushrooms and cook for 2-4 minutes.
STEP 5
Add Teriyaki sauce and cook till the raw smell of the sauce goes away.
