Alanna Panday, Ananya Panday’s cousin and a social media influencer got engaged to beau Ivor McCray on Saturday. Salman Khan’s family, as well as celebrities Lara Dutta and Bipasha Basu, were present at Alanna’s white-themed event.
Deanne Panday, Alanna’s mother and a fitness expert, uploaded many photos from the party on Instagram Stories. She posed alongside Lara Dutta, who looked stunning in a pink saree, in one of the images. Mahesh Bhupathi, Lara’s husband, was also present at the party. Bhavana Pandey, Deanne’s sister-in-law, wore a sky-blue salwar suit in the photos.
For the engagement reception, the bride-to-be wore a grey gown, while Ivor wore a traditional white sherwani. Bipasha Basu wished the pair all the best and posted a photo of them on Instagram with the caption, “Celebrating love.” We’ll be together forever. Congratulations.”
Salman Khan was not there at the party, but his mother Salma, brother Sohail Khan, Sohail’s kid NNirvana sister Alvira Khan, and her husband Atul Agnihotri were.
Ivor McCray proposed to Alanna Panday in the Maldives earlier this month; they’ve been together for two years. Sharing a picture of them kissing on a beach, she had written, “Didn’t realise it was possible to love another human this much until I met you. Thank you for making me smile every day and loving me unconditionally. You truly make me the happiest human on this planet @ivor I can’t wait to have a family with you!”
