Corsets, perhaps among the most problematic pieces in haute couture, are making a comeback. This house-appropriate piece, on the other hand, is currently being displayed on streets and gala events. The corset fad is a daring version of the “intimate apparel as casual wear” trend, which includes satin silk dresses, fishnets, lace bras, and strapless bras, among other items.
Corsets have a negative rep for just being uncomfortable, and they were used to mold a female’s figure in the medieval period, much like a form of torture. The Gucci corset was donned with Gucci skinny trousers, Cartier jewelry (along with a diamond neckpiece), and Gianvito Rossi heels. Johnson’s famous fringe perfectly positioned her angular face, while the remainder of her thick locks was fashioned into beautiful waves. The starlet’s red carpet appearance was completed with blush cheekbones, accentuated eyes, and nude shaded lips.
Kim Kardashian pushed her corset game to the next level when out in New York. She was dressed in a black lingerie-style blouse with narrow sleeves. Kim teamed the blouse with elevated, silky trousers, which had lace, translucent details. She dressed up the look even more by wearing open-toed heels. Kim handled her stuff boldly on the streets while the media snapped photos of her outfit, despite the fact that she was wearing underpants.
In a quite similar manner, Gigi Hadid wore a stunning black sheer corset top. With a clean black strapless corset and a pair of denim pants, the stunner kept it simple. Gigi wore her hair in a neat low ponytail off her face to keep her appearance fresh. Her ensemble was finished by a stack of golden necklaces and monochromatic heels.
