Shah Rukh Khan and Sunny Deol are two personality who have achieved a cult status in the Hindi film fraternity in the true sense of the term. While Sunny has mastered the art of action movies, Shah Rukh Khan is called the ‘King Of Romance’ for a reason. Both these amazing actors worked together in the movie ‘Darr’ which also in a way was SRK’s game-changer. However, not many people know that post Darr, SRK and Sunny didn’t speak for as long as 16 years.
So folks, what exactly went wrong between the two due to which their mutual bonding and camaraderie faced a setback? Well, as per the reports in Indian Express, Sunny was extremely upset with the way the climax of the movie happened and not just that, during a conversation in ‘Aap Ki Adalaat’ show with Rajat Sharma, Sunny was quoted by them saying,
“I had a heated discussion with Yash Chopra regarding that scene. I tried explaining that I am a commando officer in the film. My character is an expert and fit, then how can this boy beat me easily? He can beat me if I can’t see him. If he can stab me while I am looking at him, then I won’t be called a commando.”
He further added,
“It’s not that I didn’t talk but I just cut myself off and I anyway don’t socialise much. So we never met, toh baat karne ki baat he nahi hai.”
