‘Wild At Heart’ Actor Nicolas Cage Who Has Been In The Industry For Almost 4 Decades Says He Is Never Going To Retire From Acting

Actor Nicolas Cage on always being an actor.

Nicolas Cage, a Hollywood celebrity, says he has no plans to slow down or retire from acting since he believes it has kept him “healthier” and in a positive mindset. The 57-year-old actor has worked in Hollywood for nearly four decades, starring in highly lauded and blockbuster films such as Wild At Heart, Leaving Las Vegas, Con Air, Face/Off, Adaptation, and Ghost Rider.

Pig, an independent film that was released in the United States in July, and Prisoners of the Ghostland have both received critical acclaim.

Nicolas stated in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that he will “never retire” from acting.

“That’s not going to happen. Doing what I do in cinema has been like having a guardian angel watching over me, and I desperately need that. When I’m working, I’m healthy, and I need a positive outlet for my life experiences, which filmmaking has provided. As a result, I’ll never retire. After 117 films, where are we now?” he stated. “What’s odd is that my response to people who say, “You work too much,” was, “I enjoy working, and it’s healthy, and I’m happy when I’m working, and by the way, guys like (James) Cagney and (Humphrey) Bogart did hundreds of movies.” “Then I thought, ‘I’d better double-check that,’ and then I thought, ‘Oops,'”. Nicolas contributed to the conversation.

The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, a Lionsgate movie in which he plays a fictional character of himself alongside Pedro Pascal, Sharon Horgan, Tiffany Haddish, and Neil Patrick Harris, is the actor’s next project.

In April 2022, the film will be released in the United States.
