Here's all you need to know about Kendall Jenner's workout.

Kendall Jenner’s body is constantly on display, whether she’s walking endless runways, being the face (and body) of La Perla and Calvin Klein, or sharing the rare swimsuit photo. However, the preoccupied model, like us, does not always have time to go to the gym.

Gunnar Peterson, a renowned instructor who has worked with Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie, and the Kardashians, is Kendall’s trainer.

He usually has her do ab workouts and full-body workouts (more on that later!). Kendall works with some weights, but Peterson claims that the majority of her workouts are a blend of strength, movement, and high-intensity workouts. Kendall is also a kickboxer.

When Kendall does lift weights, Peterson says he makes sure the weight is light enough for her to complete at least 9 repetitions.

Abs workout

Kendall says she enjoys working out her cores, and it’s a big part of her exercises with her trainer. She does most of her ab workouts with just her body weight, which helps her look sleek and sculpted.

Kendall and her trainer enjoy combining several plank exercises with other ab routines to produce a well-balanced workout.

Yoga

Kendall Jenner enjoys working out. Her trainer said she’s a gifted athlete who enjoys feeling like she’s working hard.

Heat-infused workouts are one of the ways she accomplishes this. Her current exercise addiction, she claims, is hot yoga. Kendall’s fitness plan is an excellent example: she incorporates cardio, resistance training, and yoga into her programme. It’s a well-balanced programme, so it’s no surprise she achieves fantastic results.
