Chris Evans is one of the finest and most good-looking Hollywood actors that we have in the industry. For the longest time, he has proven his credentials as an artiste in the industry and needless to say, fans have been in love with everything that he has done. He’s confidence and swag personified in the true sense of the term and that’s one big reason why everything he does achieves cult status among his loyal legion of supporters.
While there are many other successful movies that Chris has been part of, his face and charm will always continue to be synonymous with the role of Captain America. But hey folks, do you all know that Chris was actually low on confidence and unsure about the most impactful role of his career before he started work on it? Yes, that’s true.
At that point of time, it was actually his mother who made him feel confident about the fact that he can pull off. During a radio interview earlier, she was quoted as saying,
“His biggest fear was losing his anonymity. He told me, ‘I have a career now where I can do work I really like. I can walk my dog. Nobody bothers me. Nobody wants to talk to me. I can go wherever I want. And the idea of losing that is terrifying to me. He would call and ask for my advice.
She further added and was quoted as saying,
“I said to him, ‘Look, you want to do acting work for the rest of your life? If you do this part, you will have the opportunity. You’ll never have to worry about paying the rent. If you take the part, you just have to decide, It’s not going to affect my life negatively—it will enable it.”
