– Kumar is known to start his day early, at about 4:30 or 5:00 am, which he even follows during promotions. Self-admittedly, he loves watching and feeling the sun rise.

– Interestingly, his workout regime depends on the weather. He has mentioned how and when it’s summer, he tries to do a lot of pool-based and mainly water-based exercises which includes kicking, punching and practicing basic martial arts. That changes in the winters, when he has a custom-made gym which is parkour-styled and allows him to be athletic.

– Kumar doesn’t extend his workout timings for more than an hour or hour-and-a-half.

– Post waking up, he might go for a quick run, and then do some cardiovascular exercises along with b playing sports whenever he can.
