Ananya Panday, who is currently receiving praise for her latest release CTRL on Netflix, directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, shared her thoughts on dealing with paparazzi in a recent conversation with Netflix India. While she generally does not mind being photographed, she opened up about certain behaviors that can be frustrating.

Ananya mentioned that one of the things she finds particularly annoying is when paparazzi approach her from behind and ask her to guess who they are, often as part of playful interactions. She expressed discomfort with this, stating that she does not enjoy these moments, especially when caught off guard.

The actor also recounted an incident after a gym session when the paparazzi misread her tiredness as emotional distress. She explained that she was understandably exhausted after an intense workout, where she had been lifting 170 kgs in deadlifts. However, the photographers speculated that she looked sad and assumed she was going through a breakup. Ananya clarified that her fatigue was simply a result of her workout and humorously added that everyone looks tired after leaving the gym, asking for a little understanding in such situations.

Despite these occasional frustrations, Ananya maintains a generally positive attitude toward the constant media attention, balancing it with her career, especially as she enjoys the positive response to her work.

Apart from this, Panday now has Shankara and Call Me Bae Season 2 in the pipeline.
