As per reports in IBT, Tamil actor Arya is finally relieved after the Crime Branch Police have arrested his impersonators who allegedly cheated a Sri Lankan Tamil girl Vidja residing in Germany. Vidja had earlier claimed that the actor cheated her of 70 lakhs and promised that he would marry her.
The Central Crime Branch police arrested R Mohammed Arman and his relative A Mohammed Hussaini Faiyaj in Pulianthope, these two impersonated Arya and cheated Vidja. Arya mentioned in a tweet –
“I would like to thank Commissioner of Police @chennaipolice_. Additional Commissioner of Police-Central Crime Branch and Cyber Crime Team of Chennai city for arresting the Real culprit. It was a real mental trauma that I never expressed. Love to everyone who believed in me”,
