It’s been some time now that Aryan Khan has been granted bail by the Bombay High Court. Days after days, there have been multiple reasons of speculation in the case regarding his alleged involvement.
Well, finally, we have an update regarding the exact written bail order. As per reports in NDTV, the order reads,
“There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit unlawful act,” the order read.
“Merely because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were travelling in the same cruise, that by itself cannot be a foundation for the charge of conspiracy against them.”
