Ace filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi is presently working on his historic period drama on the life and journey of Mahatma Gandhi.
Titled Gandhi Godse, the film will dwell on the last years of Mahatma Gandhi. It will be set in the period of 1947 and 1948, and will talk in-depth about the philosophies of Mahatma Gandhi.
News coming to us at IWMBuzz.com is that the shoot for the film which was put to a halt owing to the Covid spread and lockdown has resumed now.
Also, we hear that talented actor Behzaad Khan who has starred in TV shows Adaalat, Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek – Arjun etc, has been roped in for a crucial role.
As per a reliable source, “Behzaad will be playing a king of a princely state.”
We buzzed the actor but did not get through for a comment.
