A big update coming in ladies and gentlemen.
As per the latest reports in Times Of India and Koimoi, Muzzafarpur-based activist Tamanna Hashm has filed a case against Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh under sections 467, 468, 439 and 120B. Reportedly, the chargesheet also apparently includes, “misusing their popularity for promoting ghutka only in greed of money.” As per media reports, the case has been accepted by the court and the matter will be heard on May 27. Although some of the actors have already terminated their contract for the same, the advertisements continue to play which in all likelihood is well within the legal boundaries.
