A big update coming in for all fans and admirers of Salman Khan.
As per the latest reports in Bollywood Hungama, Salman Khan has filed a civil suit against Ketan Kakkad, a man who owns a plot of land near the actor’s farmhouse in Panvel near Mumbai. Reports reveal that Kakkad allegedly defamed Salman during an interview with a YouTube Channel. Media reports suggest that the judge Anil H Laddhad has asked Kakkad to file a reply post which the new hearing has been scheduled for January 21.
Salman’s legal team had sought an interim order restraining Kakkad from making any further statements while the case is pending.
However, objecting to the interim order, Kakkad’s lawyers said that they received the papers on Thursday evening and hence did not get ample time to go through the entire suit. They said that their client should also get sufficient time to file his reply.
