Some special news coming in for all fans of Master actor Thalapathy Vijay.
As per the latest reports in The Hindu, Justices M. Duraiswamy and R. Hemalatha of the Madras High Court have granted the interim stay against Thalapathy Vijay after counsel representing the actor said he was ready to pay the entire tax amount.
The Division Bench reportedly directed the Commercial Tax department to raise a challan demanding 80% of the tax amount, since Mr. Vijay had already paid the rest of 20% in terms of an interim order passed by another single judge in 2012.
