Big news coming in. As per the reports in Hindustan Times, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father has moved Delhi High Court against filmmakers making movies about late actor SSR and his personal life.
Reports suggest that after the plea, the Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the makers of the biopic seeking a ban on the movie.
Reports suggest that the notice has been issued by Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri on the plea contending that any such publication, production, or depiction of the private life of the late actor is a blatant and willful breach of the fundamental right to privacy and it cannot be undertaken without the prior approval of his legal heir.
