Big news coming in the context of Salman Khan’s Blackbuck poaching case.
As per reports in the Times of India, the Jodhpur District & Session’s Court in Rajasthan has dismissed the plea of the Central government which alleged that Salman Khan had presented a false affidavit in connection with the Arms act.
The Centre’s plea was rejected by the lower court.
