The country woke up today to one of the saddest news as we heard that just after a few days of his mother’s unfortunate demise at 95, actor Irrfan Khan passed away today after battling for life at Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital.
He was suffering from colon infection and the depression over not being able to attend his mother’s funeral physically had taken a huge toll on his health.
Within minutes of his unfortunate demise, the entire Bollywood fraternity expressed their shock and sadness over losing Irrfan too quickly at just 54. Check out some of the tweets below –
