Sushma Swaraj was beyond any doubt one of the most respected women politicians the country has ever seen. She was the one who held and led the Ministry of External Affairs for the period of 2014-2019 and quite wonderfully. A veteran member of the political clan of the Narendra Modi Government, the late Sushma Swaraj was only the second female politician to hold office after Sonia Gandhi.
But at the age of 67, she, unfortunately, breathed her last on August 6, 2019, thereby sending shivers down the spine of 1.2 billion Indians with the shocking and heartbreaking news. A lot of Bollywood celebrities too have been mourning her death. Anil Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Madhur Bhandarkar, Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Ajay Devgn, Dharmendra Deol, Renuka Shahane, Amitabh Bachchan and many more have expressed their emotions on Twitter.
