SRK’s son Aryan Khan had been in the police custody for months, after getting unfairly accused of taking drugs, which later got proven to be untrue and he got a clean chit from NCB soon after. However, in the course of his custody, his passport was seized by the court.
That’s that, the young boy has now moved a plea before the special NDPS court, to get his passport. According to reports, the court has now instructed NCB to file a reply and also posted for the hearing on July 13.
As shared by Viral Bhayani on Instagram, it’s been stated, “Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan, who got a clean chit from the NCB in the last year’s drugs-on-cruise case, on Thursday moved a plea before a special NDPS court, seeking the return of his passport. The court directed the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to file a reply and posted the matter for hearing on July 13. #aryankhan”
