Sooraj Pancholi happens to be one of those newcomers in the industry who has had the fortune of being blessed with a quintessential debut. A heroic romantic film paired opposite a gorgeous star kid in the form of Athiya Shetty and backed and presented by arguably Bollywood’s biggest megastar ever, Salman Khan, one would feel that absolutely nothing could go wrong with Sooraj Pancholi. But everything isn’t always as hunky-dory and positive as a fairytale and Sooraj too hasn’t had a fairytale of a life in these years.
The reason why Sooraj has been under the scanner of the media for the longest time is because of his alleged involvement in the Jiah Khan suicide case. While not much has been proven for the longest time, in today’s time and age of social media trials and social media verdicts, often one gets termed as a ‘culprit’ before even being proven one by the courts. The same happened with Pancholi, who had dealt with several trials and tribulations during the Jiah Khan controversy and all this kept him away from movies for the longest time, 4 years to be precise. But after having dealt with it all, Sooraj is finally back on track, with his upcoming film ‘Satellite Shankar’.
