An important update coming in for all fans and admirers of Taapsee Pannu.
Given the fact that two big movies like Laal Singh Chaddha and Raksha Bandhan failed to tackle the prevalent ‘boycott’ and ‘cancel’ culture in Bollywood, there’s certainly a sense of panic in the scenario. Amidst all this, there were rumours about shows getting cancelled. But, it seems like the film has done its bit to tackle all odds and perform decently in the box office on day 1. The movie has been getting decent reviews from majority of media and critics and no wonder, the audience too is liking the movie to a great extent.
Amidst all this, as far as box office is concerned, reports in Hindustan Times suggest that the movie has managed to collect as much as 72 lakhs on day 1.
